When Rivers of Nihil release their eponymous fifth album on May 30th, it will be the first full-length to feature Andy Thomas, formerly of Black Crown Initiate, on rhythm guitar and backing vocals. Thomas joined the group as a touring member in 2022 and has been featured on a couple of singles that have been released in the years since. The album will also be the first Rivers of Nihil record that steps outside the band's tetralogy based on the four seasons, each of which are represented by their first four releases, and also the first to feature Adam Biggs on lead vocals. Rivers of Nihil are set to tour North America throughout May and June of this year on the Aggressive Progressive Tour, alongside Holy Fawn, Inter Arma, and Glacial Tomb. You can find ticket information below:
