It was absolutely awesome seeing the **Phoenix Concert Theatre** packed so early in the evening for the opening acts on September 19. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/93295A7A-DE39-4E31-988D-CD3D7B6A1E0A.jpeg) Frozen Crown photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/359B4949-2DC0-473B-A05E-DECA46E7B4D2.jpeg) Frozen Crown photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/8377C8D1-07C7-4BE9-A0D3-6080D6D3DAF1.jpeg) Frozen Crown photo by @taitavlakoff **Frozen Crown** completely surprised me. The Italian band’s energy was full of warmth and charisma, balanced perfectly with a powerful wave of the finest power metal. Lead vocalist **Giada "Jade" Etro** has an amazing stage presence. Alongside founder and guitarist **Federico Mondelli**, lead shredder **Alexandra Lioness**, guitarist **Alessia Lanzone** and **Niso Tomasini** on drums, they completely won the crowd over with bangers like *"Kings"* and *"Neverending"*. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/8D81B61D-F7A1-4F76-B97A-66AD59F84CC6.jpeg) VOA photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/64462643-00BD-445C-B4AB-5446FB12EB35.jpeg) VOA photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/A6131158-DE68-45D1-963D-1956B82A2EDC.jpeg) VOA photo by @taitavlakoff The second act was VOA . This was my fifth time seeing **Visions of Atlantis**, and I still cannot get enough of them! They are fun, amazing musicians who bring a pure atmosphere of happiness to the room—the entire venue was singing along to every song, especially during *"Clocks"*, *"Melancholy Angel"*, and the epic encore *"Armada"*. Dual vocalists **Michele Guaitoli** and **Clémentine Delauney** are seamless on stage. Their dominating vocals and the effortless way they guide the fans through the show are breathtaking every single time. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/E1CB3827-5EC0-4A56-8405-2ED2BC254AF4.jpeg) Kamelot photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/ADA8C968-6830-4717-9C1F-F07D95C8F5EF.jpeg) Kamelot photo by @taitavlakoff Headliners **Kamelot** closed out the night by showing exactly why this run is called the **Dark Asylum World Tour**! How can I even explain it? **Tommy Karevik’s** strong presence is completely hypnotic; you literally cannot take your eyes off the stage. His voice was on point and fearless, as always. Founder and guitarist **Thomas Youngblood** inspired everyone throughout the set, and the entire band—including bassist **Sean Tibbetts**, keyboardist **Oliver Palotai**, and drummer **Alex Landenburg**—was tightly locked in. You could literally feel the massive exchange of energy moving from the stage to the crowd and returning right back to them. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/A2EC71FA-DF4D-460E-8F40-01B13187901C.jpeg) Kamelot photo by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/25F65EAA-0AB3-465F-B4A1-E255752609A1.jpeg) Kamelot photo by @taitavlakoff The great energy stayed consistent from the very first note of the night to the final encore, especially during Kamelot’s setlist when the bands collaborated live. **Giada Etro** from Frozen Crown kept returning to the stage to power up tracks like *"Ashen World"*, *"Liar Liar"*, *"New Babylon"*, and *"March of Mephisto"*. To top it all off, both Giada and **Clémentine Delauney** joined Tommy for a jaw-dropping performance of *"Sanctuary"* and , *"Sacrimony (Angel of Afterlife)"*. ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/C844F8BD-F957-44BB-BA35-E4CDFC99AF7D.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/8DA208ED-701B-4777-AC6A-689BBCDC4F98.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/F7D7B13D-4EB7-4DEA-BFCA-CC7138EE036B.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/0769F9D5-950C-4AA7-A1D7-5C70F803E00C.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/9C2D9F37-1674-4721-9A5E-2248C0BB2D6C.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/B564385B-EB2E-4158-ACC0-9C91B9782AD6.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/6CED9981-6578-4191-B87A-32E772166B51.jpeg) Kamelot photos by @taitavlakoff An incredible three-band billing from start to finish with an unforgettable, unified performance! ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/9CBB8029-B596-46C6-BAB4-7D3ECF217EDD.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/5D5C6335-7C16-466E-AD7C-D5821F481AC2.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/7C9B6811-E3CD-48F2-B3A5-92A0A674247F.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/7FCB57D1-0C21-40F1-8597-7C9BDB08169F.jpeg) Frozen Crown photos by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/F8606266-9270-4969-8485-94550D0B5F12.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/77E1771C-CD02-478E-8A73-DC33B953BAEA.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/429385E1-B099-442D-9911-532F762E9FE6.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/BAECA7FB-1831-4085-9962-6826E307BE4C.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/E8CC8117-F4B3-4C26-B0F3-5C5E56F80036.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/B5A258B1-CDC8-4B70-A1F2-71F29D0BCD37.jpeg) ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/0EDAB02E-F37F-41B2-AB24-23B40CAAA8F6.jpeg) VOA photos by @taitavlakoff ![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/db/e2/dbe2ac7e-62ef-4b13-917a-63221a045127/content/images/2026/09/IMG_4413.png)
