Exclusive Interview with Svend Karlsson (Baest)
I had a chance today to talk to Baest guitarist Svend Karlsson. We talked about the band's new album Colossal, touring, his musical tastes, AC/DC, Metallica, Ozzy (RIP), and much more. I am planning to get to see them when they come back to Canada next year. Colossal, the group's fourth studio album, is due out on August 15th through Century Media Records.

Colossal is a great album that will surely make it on to many best of 2025 lists, including my own. Be sure to stream, download, or buy a physical copy.
